My Experience
I started working in manufacturing 8 years ago at the bottom of the ladder. I was still in school and I needed to make some money to support myself. I found Product Architects, INC through Craigslist and started my journey.
Over the past eight years, I learned much about what it takes to survive as a small manufacturing company in the United States. I had the opportunity to experience almost every aspect of running a manufacturing company, but I took the most joy from running the Operations Department, a position I took over in 2010.
Through the growing pains of increasing sales and production demands, I developed the skills and knowledge to lead the operations team. I found this information was hard won and I often suffered from the “you don’t know what you don’t know” adage.
My Intent
I started this website and blog to share my expertise and hard won knowledge with other manufacturers. I want to provide you with what I know as a resource to help your company grow.
If you are a small business that needs help navigating growing pains, please contact me. My goal is to help your business become successful through healthy sustainable growth.
